Professional HistoryJim and Phyllis graduated from the University of MN, Duluth in the 60's, with majors in sociology. Jim enjoyed his work for the Department of Corrections for ten years before a successful career in industrial development. Both the Faues feel their social service background has been a strong asset for their real estate careers. In addition to the GRI designation, the Faues complete a minimum of 15 credits of continuing education each year.
